How to return a product ordered from Artique's website

Contact our customer service department on 1800 627 588 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday Australian WST) to discuss your details. A handling charge may apply to the returned goods.  Any stock returned will only be accepted if authorisation has been given by head office.

Damaged or incorrect product delivered

We apologise for the inconvenience, please contact our Customer Service Department. Claims for damages and short deliveries must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, after this time our refusal may offend.
