Our Name watch comes with a 12 month warranty.

This warranty does not cover

• The battery 
• Broken or scratched glass or lens
• Broken bands or buckles 
• Plating or colour fading 
• Water damage

This warranty covers

• Mechanical defects such as: 
• Time accuracy (+ or - 5 seconds per day is acceptable) 
• Hands falling off for analogue watches

Australian Customers
If your watch needs repair or replacement, please wrap it in paper tissue and mail it along with: 

• A cheque or money order of AUD $4.95 for return postage and handling 
• A brief note explaining what is wrong along with your name and address clearly marked 
• Your receipt or proof of purchase (we will not repair or replace without this proof)
